Two parking spaces are available on the property. Up to two pets are allowed for an additional fee, but must be kept off beds and sofas. Events and parties are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited in the apartment. A shared bicycle storage room is available for your bikes. A washing machine can be used for an extra fee. The property is located in a quiet, green area, also home to several bulls and two sheep. The friendly, child-loving and playful farm dog roams freely on the property. Your host lives in the same building as the apartment. In the surrounding area, you can go hiking, cycling, visit a mine, or explore amusement parks and bike parks. The accommodation features energy- and water-saving facilities, and you will receive instructions on proper waste separation upon arrival.
